Privacy Policy
We take your data privacy seriously. Please read this document carefully, as it explains how we collect and how we use your personal information in offering and improving our services. By accessing our website and using our Services, you consent to the terms of this Policy and the Terms of Service Agreement.
This Policy may be modified from time to time. The Policy applies to information collected through the Squava websites, applications, and software (“Site”) and it adopts the definitions used in the Squava Terms of Service Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Information Collection and Use
Squava collects information on the Site in three ways. First, we collect anonymous aggregate information from all visitors to the site such as domain name or IP addresses of Site visitors. This information is used to prepare general statistical reports about visitors to the Site. Second, we obtain personal information from Users who create accounts on the Site. This information may include your name, billing address, email address, and payment information. Third, we collect Data from you that is essential to our providing the requested Services.
We may use your personal information or the personal information of others provided by you in the Data for any legal and lawful purposes related to the Services, including:
- providing or improving the Services
- communicating with you
- complying with any applicable laws or regulations regarding the information
- marketing related services to you
- training our support staff relating to the Services

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Squava does not sell, rent, or share user information to or with any third parties not affiliated with providing the Services to you. We will not use your personal information to send you unsolicited commercial offers without your authorization. However, from time to time we may need to contact you to communicate information regarding your account and the Services. You may not opt out of these communications. We will provide opt-out directions for other communications not related to activity essential to your account.
Personal Information of Others
Squava does not control the content of the Data you transmit to the site for participating in the Services. If the Data contains personal information of others, then you must take reasonable steps to ensure the individuals whose information is contained in the Data consent to our collection and use of the information. You must also ensure that these individuals know how to contact Squava and you must support any efforts by these individuals or by Squava to update the personal information contained in the Data.
Tracking Technology
We use technology such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base.
Security
Squava takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect your information. When you enter sensitive information on our Site, like credit card information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However, given the nature of the Internet and the fact that network security measures are not infallible, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
When registering for an account, we will ask you to select a username and password. We recommend that you make a secure password and that you do not share your password with anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also, remember to sign out of the Site and to close your browser window when you have finished your work.

However, you are responsible for ensuring we have a current working e-mail address for you. If the e-mail address you have given us is incorrect or no longer operable, we will have no further obligation to notify you apart from posting the notice on our Site. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on the main page notifying users of the change prior to the change becoming effective. In some cases where we post a notice we will also email users notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
Requesting Access
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You may request access to the information we hold about you, or request that we update or correct any personal information we hold about you, by writing to us at privacy@squava.com. Squava will process your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as we require it for the purposes of providing or improving the Services. We may also be required to keep some of your personal information for specified periods of time in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
