Am I tied to a contract?
Absolutely not! The best relationships are open and free. We want to minimize your risk in committing to a software and feel motivated to work to keep you as a customer.
Will SQUAVA migrate my data from Quickbooks?
Short answer is yes! Whether it's Quickbooks or some other accounting suite, we'll ask you to export reports for A/R, A/P and trial balance. Then, we will take it from there. Give us a day or two and your accountant will have everything he or she needs to manage the books from SQUAVA.
Can I manage Cost Plus Fixed Fee projects?
Yes, you most definitely can. This was one of the fatal flaws to many of the software packages out there and we did not want this to get in your way if you do work for public-sector clients. ...The sign up button is right there in the top right of your screen.
How long does SQUAVA take to setup?
It doesn't take long at all! You can transition projects midstream into SQUAVA immediately and maintain budget and project completion tracking with out a problem. If you want to bring over historical records for time, invoices and bills, we've created a streamlined import process that usually gets done about as fast as our customer can send us the data.
Is the invoice process really as good as you say it is?
Yes, it is! We've spent countless hours to carefully solve the inherent problem with the traditional invoicing process. And it works amazing!
How long has SQUAVA been in business?
SQUAVA has been actively selling it's software to professional service firms since 2016. However, SQUAVA's software has been helping professional service firms since 2011. We take our own medicine. SQUAVA was built by a group of engineering consultants who owned, operated, and grew their own professional services businesses.
